Since 2004, Dr. Shahnoor Khan and his team have provided outpatient psychiatric care from our home base in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Today, we bring that same dedicated support to patients across the entire DC Metropolitan area — and as of 2026, we are officially licensed and practicing in Florida, too!
While our roots and physical office remain in West Virginia, we connect with most of our patients through secure, convenient telemedicine. Whether you are nearby in the DMV or located in the Sunshine State, expert mental health care is just a virtual visit away.

Our journey started in 2004 with a small Martinsburg clinic offering evaluations and medication management. More than twenty years later, we are a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and social workers caring for thousands of neighbors across the tri-state area.
One difference you'll notice: Dr. Khan is trained in both Family Medicine and Psychiatry, so we also look for physical causes behind psychiatric symptoms rather than treating them in isolation. The practice is also licensed in Florida.
